Kierajay 43 Posted July 13, 2017 I have approached month 3 (07/03) and I've lost a totally of 46 pounds.HW-306SW-286CW-240But I think I hit a stall I've been working out and drinking Water, eating properly and the scale has not moved....is that normal even in 3 months? my nutritionist actually told me that with RNY it actually takes roughly about 12-18 to get to your goal. Just want to make sure I am still on the right track.
SleeveDreamer 383 Posted July 13, 2017 Just because you don't see a change on the scale, doesn't mean you aren't losing. You may also be gaining lbs. of body mass from your Protein intake. And at the same time you will he losing %of body fat. So don't get discouraged. 1 Kierajay reacted to this
wookieprincess 7 Posted July 13, 2017 If you are working out then you are building muscle. It is not uncommon for those two to catch up with you. It's recommended that you use measurements as well as weight to track progress. The scale may stall for a bit, but inches can still come off. You have done a great job, so I would not worry about the scale. 1 Kierajay reacted to this
