nomorefattypatty 329 Posted July 12, 2017 I'm wondering how many of you just felt weak, I would think after three weeks I'd begin to feel like my old self at some time in the near future. Anyone else having this problem? I don't have pain but I have no appetite or anything, and I am always tired. Is this normal?Sent from my N9519 using BariatricPal mobile app
YeaMe 246 Posted July 12, 2017 Seems half the people feel they can walk miles, other half have no energy for a couple of months. I was one that had no energy until week 6. The most important thing to remember is to get in your Protein, Water and Vitamins. You will start to feel better soon. 1 colleen 5595 reacted to this
Navigating the Wilderness 824 Posted July 12, 2017 I was in the no energy group at times. The first two weeks I has a ton of energy the 3rd week I had none, then at about 5 weeks I had a ton of energy again, and for the past month I have been completely exhausted. It seems to come in waves for me.

TheRealMeIsHere! 863 Posted July 13, 2017 For the 1st few days, I was tired and weak, but once I focused on getting all my liquids, that helped tremendously!! Even though it took 18 months before I could, consistently get in all my Protein, staying hydrated was the trick for me. Now, I drink a gallon or more a day of Water. If you're getting your liquids, protein & Vitamins, speak to your doctor about the tiredness, they may want to check blood levels of nutrients to make sure you are not deficient. 1 ProudGrammy reacted to this
