I found if I use higher nicotine, I use it way less often. That's me. But I'm way farther out. And I'm glad I'm vaping, as I started smoking at 12, only quitting sporadically during pregnancies and nursing over the years, never quite keeping off long term, or more than two years. My tank holds the equivalent of a pack, it takes me two and a half days to use it. I used to smoke a pack and a half a day. It's an improvement. Cheri ETA: I would give yourself a little time to heal, but I recently had surgery and vaped before and after with surgeon's ok.
