LetGoJo 27 Posted July 11, 2017 Hi all I have the most amazing scales that track my weight and record in an app. The obsession with getting on and off them has now ended. I have worked out that the scale is not moving and it is stressful and dictates my mood.I have been sleeved two weeks tomorrow and have a follow up appointment in 4 weeks time. I will wait until then to know how much I have lost. I am happy now - I worked out it doesn't matter re the numbers -my mental health feels really stable knowing I have embarked on this journey and what I am doing can only eventually lead to weight loss. I can hardly eat and can't wait to exercise. I see a brighter future. 1 justbrez reacted to this
TinyLittleFractures 33 Posted September 8, 2017 Bad decision. If you're retaining Water you need to know. It's a sign of infection. I get the psychological stuff is hard, but you're supposed to be working through that with the help of a therapist before the surgery. The scale is a tool and deciding not to use it because of mental road blocks might be detrimental to your health. 1 GBLady41 reacted to this
