Shrinking without losing pounds

I have basically stayed within a 5 lb range for the past 4 to 5 months, but still went down a size without exercising....what the heck! Anybody else doing this? Seems my body is still changing, just not on the scale. I wonder if there is a weight drop coming...

The same thing with me. The scale has not moved since March when I was a size 14, I am now a size 8 yet the my scale and the doctors scale says I have stayed the same. So strange. The doctor says the weight is redistributing itself.

I am doing that right now. It's frustrating. But I am in process of transitioning from an 18 to 16...but the numbers on the scale haven't moved in almost 2 months.

Holy cow, from 14 to 8! That is amazing. I was a 14, but now 12 for sure. This is a wild and wonderful ride!
