deflationinprogress 17 Posted July 10, 2017 My dad got the nicotine gum and hes been smoke free for a few years now, still chews it too. My personal suggestion would be something to keep your mind busy. Im assuming smoking is similar to other addictions (like food for me). Keeping your hands busy by knitting, crossword puzzle books, playing games on your phone etc. Stuff that would make smoking difficult. I know that helps curb my snack cravings.
