Gabbby 18 Posted July 6, 2017 Hey guys need some advice. Its been 2 weeks since my surgery and I've been feeling light headed a little. I try my best to get my Protein and Water. I haven't taken Vitamins yet and maybe that's it or maybe because of the major changes to my body. I just feel weak and light headed sometimes. Is it normal? What can I do?:/
hmills653 365 Posted July 11, 2017 Make sure you're not over doing it activity wise and Is suggest starting Vitamins. I get that way standing up in church but I also break out in a cold sweat just pouring off, but I'm fine walking its just standing still for some reason. 1 Gabbby reacted to this

I was experiencing that too, checked my bp and it was 90/55. I had to stop my meds.

Try drinking something with electrolytes (Powerade zero or something similar).
Theresa A 4 Posted August 2, 2017 I felt the same way 2 months post op. I got myself on better Vitamins with electrolytes. It helped a lot and I also drank more Water and increased Protein. Good luck!
