Redmaxx 740 Posted July 6, 2017 It happens to the best of us. I was written up at work for an outburst of anger that came out of nowhere. It does get better. It took about 3 moths post op before I was able to be my old self. 1 Navigating the Wilderness reacted to this
Navigating the Wilderness 824 Posted July 6, 2017 (edited) 1 month after surgery: Boss: I don't understand why we can't just make things work on this project. Me: I don't understand why you can't get what I'm saying through your fuckin' head. Boss: I don't need to put up with this from you, and he walked away. Me, Loud enough for all to hear: Bye Felicia! Spent 2 months in the doghouse for that one. sc09 95 Posted August 8, 2017 I'm surprised I'm not unemployed, divorced and childless. I even hated myself at times. [emoji23] 3 FluffyChix, Half-Tum and sleevedshereen reacted to this
Bobia 2 Posted August 9, 2017 Thanks for this information! My surgery is scheduled August 28th. I work from home, but I probably should warn my husband and daughter. Is this a long term issue? Days, weeks, months?
blue1961 15 Posted August 11, 2017 You are not alone. We were warned in our pre-op class at KCBariactric that we would have mood swings and be on an emotional roller coaster because of the hormones being released from burned fat and also because we can't turn to food to comfort or calm or reward ourselves any more. I had a special talk with the RN because I was having sore breasts, insomnia, and other classic PMS symptoms, even though I am (hopefully, finally) past menopause. The nurse said it is normal and will settle down once I stop losing so fast. Hang in there, it will get better. 2 BakeMoveLive and FluffyChix reacted to this
K_aane 356 Posted August 11, 2017 Natural progesterone does wonders. You font need,a script and it can be purchased at a Vitamin Shoppe or online at Amazon. Look it up. It's great for peri menopause and post menopause. It literally saved my life. I have been taking it for 15 yrs.I only use emerita natural progesterone. You can go to their site for info. Www.emerita.com don't expect your gyno to be onboard. It requires no prescription and they will poo poo it because it naturally benefits your body in so many ways. I swear by it. Go online and do your research. [emoji4]HW 274 SW 263 GW 125 GASTRIC SLEEVE 7/21/17.
