mjfx2 31 Posted July 8, 2017 7:30am EST it's showtime. Dropped 20lbs during this hellish liquid diet and I'm sitting at 298 right now. I wanna get down to 220 or lower which sounds right since I'm 6'3! To everyone that's gone before me I hope you all show me the right path because I plan on helping those who come after me. Pretty pumped up right now just wanted to post so I can update you all in the following days! Wish me luck.Your user name gives the impression you may be from the Philadelphia area. I'm about 30 minutes south of Philly .... Dr Williams is doing my surgery at the University of Penn ... where was yours done and by who?
PhillyEagles 29 Posted July 8, 2017 I'm not from Philly i just love my Eagles more than anyone else. I had mine done in Virginia

PhillyEagles 29 Posted July 9, 2017 Good on you getting the stuff early. It will make things much less stressful. I got released from the hospital today and am doing better, they gave me liquid pain meds which are helping a lot when I need it. I'm suprised at my weight loss already. Started the liquid diet at 317 and today I'm 294 with no appetite thank god lol

SunsUp 12 Posted July 9, 2017 I'm getting sleeved July 12. Anxious. In that mode where everything has to be done. Vitamins purchased. Post op food in. Bills paid. Enough dog food in to keep the best friend happy. And must finish all that gardening! The head rattles.Sent from my SM-G930V using BariatricPal mobile app
Nursesmiley 9 Posted July 16, 2017 Appreciate it all! Glad to see the support. Picked up my Vitamins tonight. Flinstones, B12, and ordered some calcium citrate meltables from Amazon. I'm supposed to get Vitamin D but I could only find like D3 and other D's but no straight Vitamin D. Other than that I should be good right guys?Nurse here. Get the D3Sent from my QMV7B using BariatricPal mobile app

PhillyEagles 29 Posted July 16, 2017 Thanks a lot! Yeah things are going fine, still on my liquid diet until Thursday but I been slowly heading back to the gym getting cardio in, haven't ran yet because I'm scared what the bouncing will do for my incisions. I just want to start lifting weights already lol I went from 317 when I started liquid diet and today I am 287.6 but I've been here for about 4-5 days now so I think I'm experiencing my first mini stall. Makes sense right? 2 weeks pre op and 1 week post op = 3 week dreaded stall right? 1 tjetson247 reacted to this
