JohnGraySmiley 88 Posted July 4, 2017 I was able to make it back in the gym today! Mainly, because I was off of work for the July 4th holiday. I was able to jog for about a minute (3x) without feeling like I was about to pass out! I'm down 87 lbs, 16 months post op, 16 lbs from surgeon's goal weight, and 34 lbs away from my goal weight!
