Hi family, I just had my band to bypass surgery on June 14, 2017. My problem is that I want to drink Water, but the cold water seems to cramp my stomach. I want to stay hydrated, but I haven't found something that I can comfortably add to my water without hurting my stomach. Please give me some help???

So for people with gastric bypass, Water is sometimes too hard on the stomach. It can bee too cold, too warm, and just in general. My support group, with people 10-15 years out, suggest to try tea, cold tea. Or anything that is not plain water, but dosn't have a ton of sugar in it. I drink cold tea, a bottle has 10 calories and 1.6g of carbs. The brand is Teekanne here in Austria.
