You need to look for a Protein that is whey isolate. It breaks it further down than just whey and is way more gentle on the tummy. I bought mine at GNC

What's your surgery date? I think you still might wanna be on the lookout for a different shake or unflavored Protein Powder. You don't want to be facing this post op.

Surgery is in 2 weeks... i struggle with huge tonsils too so not sure if the anthesologist can even get that thing down my throat..seems like 1 obstacle after another.
