Lost 40 pounds in two weeks

Okay I h as to ask how did you lose that much weight in 2 weeks, you were on just liquid? I only ask because I'm struggling right now to stay in just liquids

My first week I ate Nothing, it hurt to..

second week only liquids. And I started at a high weight.. The bigger you are the more you lose.

Okay! You do look fabulous!! How often did you eat or drink liquid every 2hours or every hour? Really I'm struggling!!! I go weigh in tomorrow, the Dr's waiting on me to lose 20lbs my Lord it's been HARD!!!!

I ate or drank only when I could I didn't keep a time.. Low sodium beef or chicken broth with an egg in it.. And water.. I couldn't even do protien shakes but I would sip what I could.. I would sip on as much Water as I could and vitamins

You are a beauty! I notice how your skin looks lighter and clear. Mine did too after surgery. I wonder why? Perhaps it is from our bodies detoxing from all of the chemicals and poor food choices? [emoji144]
