s92 5 Posted June 28, 2017 189lbs goal is 145! Regained 40 since my surgery in 2012. Determined to get to 145. Scrambled eggs for Breakfast. Turkey burger with lettuce and Tomato, no bun for lunch. I had surgery in 2012 too - and have regained quite a bit - far too much - I may join you with this plan - right now I'm concentrating on cutting out chocolate, cakes, biscuits (cookies) and ice cream... cold turkey.
