189lbs goal is 145! Regained 40 since my surgery in 2012. Determined to get to 145. Scrambled eggs for Breakfast. Turkey burger with lettuce and Tomato, no bun for lunch. Watermelon for snack! dinner i am thinking grilled chicken and veggies!

Sounds like a really good plan! I hope that you do well on it. I had surgery in 2012 too - and have regained quite a bit - far too much - I may join you with this plan - right now I'm concentrating on cutting out chocolate, cakes, biscuits (cookies) and ice cream... cold turkey. Going well so far. What surgery did you have?

Yes! Sweets are my weakness... but i loved being a healthier better version of myself i loved how i felt when i was thinner which is a big motivator lately ! We can do it!!!!

You can definitely do it!! I found that when I stray it never tastes as good in reality as it did in my head. This allows me to rationally decide not to eat garbage food.
