Hi All, I am new here and this is my post my surgery July 2nd in Cairo, Egypt. Very nervous about the surgery and very afraid of the post pain. Any mentor or supporter out there? Any surgery day or post surgery tips?

Let your surgical team know about your fear of post pain. They may give you something to help with it. Not everyone experiences post-op pain. I had very little & was in the gym two days later. Good luck!
