akaet 91 Posted August 26, 2017 Use the PatchMd.com It's awesome. I can't stomach the Vitamins. The patch is the best way to get your Bariatric vitamins. janedb 14 Posted October 5, 2017 My nutritionalist said the Patches are worthless, you can’t get Vitamins thru you skin, exempt vitamins d. So you are going to be low on all the others. Talk to your surgery team and find a way of working around the nausea. This is really important in your long term success. food cravings can be made worse if you are Vitamin deficient. 1 lisamd reacted to this

Sleeve Mar 1 Posted October 10, 2017 Lisamd. My surgery is also next Monday 16th. I find I am trying to talk myself out of it but I know I would be gaining weight over the next year if I don’t go through with it. We should be more scared what would happen to us if we did not go through it. Diabetes heart disease joint pain stroke and most of all not being able to participate in life!!! Well wishes with your surgery. You will be fine.
