oneshyunicorn 2 Posted June 27, 2017 I'm 6 weeks out of surgery and I've been on a stall for the las 3.5 weeks. Not losing weight or inches. I upped my Protein intake and my Water and my food portions are small. Is it possible that I'm a failure?HW 265SW 240CW 210GW
Airstream88 361 Posted June 28, 2017 It's possible you are not eating enough calories. At six weeks you should probably be trying for at least 600 calories a day. At two months I was at 600-800 calories a day. 2 akaet and oneshyunicorn reacted to this
jess9395 5,449 Posted June 28, 2017 Weight loss is unpredictable. Stay the course. As long as you are following your plan it will happen. My loss was stair steps. A few weeks of very little then a big drop.Follow your plan. Eat properly and exercise. For me personally the too few calories thing was a myth. I did just fine and couldn't get above 500 for months. 2 oneshyunicorn and mimide reacted to this
oneshyunicorn 2 Posted June 28, 2017 Thank you, I probably keep on asking the same question but I'm going on a month long stall and I' worried now.
