Long "weigh" to go.

Orig weight: 278. Got down to 150. urrently 190. Goal: 145. I gotta say healthy eating is a lot easier when you feel your clothes getting looser! This morning I had scrambled eggs (I use ghee to grease the pan), a string cheese and a handful of blueberries. lunch I have tunafish with shredded lettuce. Dinner.. is not thought out yet

Yes I did. After a break up I went completely downhill!! but one thing I learned is we are in control of our bodies and what we put into it. Determined to succeed again!
