Okay fellow ds'ers how much are you or did you eat around seven months? I a curious i know everyone is different. Still would like to know.

Seven months I was still eating about 2/3 of a cup of food every 6 hours.

Now im up to about a cup, cup and a half at 2.5 years out.

Toastedink thank you for your response 2.5 years out amazing! 2/3 of a cup was that due to restriction or per choice?
