char3672 292 Posted June 26, 2017 Hi. I was just wondering when everyone started Protein Bars. I have been on soft meats for a week now, and sometimes I just feel like having a little something at lunch, not a "meal" or a bar for Breakfast. I have been fine with eggs, chicken, beef, yogurt, cheese. I am starting with a new dietitian on Saturday. Hopefully it gets easier. Sent from my SM-G930T using BariatricPal mobile app
GBLady41 393 Posted June 27, 2017 I don't eat Protein bars. Too many carbs and too much sugar. 1 DedicatedLady reacted to this

Julie norton 2,850 Posted June 29, 2017 After 10 years post op, I use Quest and one bars as a fast lunch or after work outs. I really depend on them a couple of times a week 1 ProudGrammy reacted to this
Joann454 1,329 Posted June 29, 2017 I'm almost five weeks out and can have the softer ones. Atkins Peanut Butter is what I just having for breakfast. I can't eat another egg! Not for a long time! So "egged out"! 1 Dabearo reacted to this
