Missy161 395 Posted July 18, 2017 Im right there with you. I was sleeved on 6/22. I've lost 17 lbs since surgery date and have been stuck at 200.6 since last Tuesday. I'm not eating more than 600 cal per day. I know it will come off soon. It is frustrating though. It will make it appear a little more natural though since I'm not telling a lot of folks that I had wls. Maybe our bodies are a little in shock from so few calories.Mich WHw 223, SW 217 CW 200 GW 135 2 shericrazylady and GApeach80 reacted to this

Impeccable_keke 0 Posted July 29, 2017 My surgery was on June 7th. I lost 10 pounds pre surgery and 10 pounds since. But, this week the scale hasn't moved at all. I am journaling my food and being pretty strict on calories (like less than 700 a day. I can't really eat more than that). Plus, I have kicked my walking up a notch. But the scale is not budging. The only thing I know that is not helping is I still pretty constipated and have to take DulcoEase every second day just to go. I still have some side pain so I take the pain meds at night. That is still messing with my regularity, I know. I am terrified that I spent all this money, worked so hard to stick to the plan...what if this doesn't work for me?I feel the same way! I had my surgery 6/22/17 and I lost 25 pounds and follow a precise eating pattern. I am constantly on you tube looking at others who had surgery and trying to see how much weight they lost, what they did that I'm not doing etc.
