Anybody try Pho broth during pre op diet?

Just wondering if anybody ever tried it out, there are several Pho shops around my house and I love it, just wondering if since I can have beef and chicken broth if Pho falls in that category?

FYI to those who don't know, Pho is a traditional Vietnamese Soup. And it is so good you wouldn't believe it.
