kinipela24 80 Posted June 25, 2017 My mom says stop being so hard on myself...but here it goes. I am on the full liquids stage and I feel like I have been having too much sugar free pudding :/. Does anyone know how many carbs, sugar, fat, sodium, and calories I should be having at each stage to achieve optimal weight loss? Any feedback would be most appreciated. 1 Samtoo reacted to this
kinipela24 80 Posted June 25, 2017 OOps I forgot to mention this stage was liquids to puree stage not just pure liquids. It was on my diet that I could have nonfat greek yogurt ad sugar free pudding.

I would log what you eat so you know exactly what you're ingesting for calories and macros and discuss with your NUT.
GingerBananaBelly 88 Posted June 28, 2017 I have a lot of Greek yogurt and sugar free pudding, too. Neither are bad. In fact, a good Greek yogurt is packed with Protein. I really like Oikos Triple Zero. It had no added sugar, no artificial flavors, and no fat PLUS 15 grams of protein! And it comes in a variety of super yummy flavors. As for your macros... I was only given one number to really watch - less than 10 sugars. Of course, that means I have to keep an eye on carbs, too. Definitely talk to your NUT. S/He can give you specifics for your program. 2 sweitzer2148 and ts81096 reacted to this
