I had sleeve surgery done 5.29.17. I've lost 17 pounds lost op however I have been waffling back and forth with the same pound for a week. I am getting 55 grams of Protein a day. Walking on treadmill for 45 minutes daily. And the scale hasn't moved since about 15 days post op. I can't eat much so my calories are around 600 a day. Who doesn't lose weight when obly getting 600 calories? I'm irritated and disgusted. Failure is not an option.

I was sleeved on the 26th and have been in a stall for about a week now. I eat about the same amount as you. I hear its possibly the 3 week stall and that this is normal as your body tries to adjust and heal.

God I hope so. Its not like I need to see 10 pounds gone but the one pound yoyo completely sucks.

I was sleeved on 6/1 and have lost 16 pounds. I have not lost anything in week 3-4. I'm hoping I can see some change in the coming weeks. Keep motivated!

This journey is a series of one stall after another. As long as the trend is downward all is good. I am 5 months post op and down 45 pounds. Seems like I'll go a bit without losing and then one day I wake up down 2 pounds. As long as your staying true to your plan you will drop the weight.

55 g of Protein is not enough but I remember early on I had a hard time getting my protein in. As you heal you will be able to eat more and that helps. I shoot for 60 - 100g a day. Most days I get closer to the 100 mark. At 1 month I was lucky to get 40g.

Congrats on your surgery. Take care
