EssKayy 0 Posted June 22, 2017 I'm only two weeks post op but I'm terrified of losing my hair. I have thin hair to begin with and don't want to have bald Patches all over my head. I can't seem to stop thinking about this.
naturallyzee 292 Posted June 22, 2017 EssKayy I completely understand. I am 105 days out and completely obsessing over my hair. To date I'm not having any loss but I am so afraid. It is all I think about. I take 10,000 mg of Biotin daily. I'm just hoping for the best. My sisters laugh because I'm doing all sorts of things. This past week I put a avocado, honey, and oatmeal mask on my hair. I saw that on YouTube. I'm literally praying to not lose my hair. I tell everyone that my hair is the best thing on my body. I don't know what I would do if I lose it.HW 330SW 292CW 228.6GW below
Ldyvenus 317 Posted June 22, 2017 I was too, I also have pretty thin hair. I took Biotin and my calories have steadily moved towards a more normal level. My Hair loss started around Month 4 and is still happening. I don't really have any patchy areas yet and I have noticed baby hairs in the front. Hopefully yours won't be too bad either. 😀

It does come back. Also try coconut oil on your scalp and comb it through your hair great for your skin too! Will help with nourishing your skin as you lose. I know the Hair loss can be scary but think about what is on the other side, a more radiant and healthy slimmer you! Embrace the changes to come, close your eyes and walk through the fire.....it will be amazing on the other side.My surgery is next month, waiting for a date.Good luck!!Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using BariatricPal mobile app 1 Dimples58 reacted to this
