Kierajay 43 Posted June 20, 2017 I'm in month 2 slowly approaching month 3 since I had RNY.. however I have not been able to work out being that I have a stomach ulcer and not to mention I have not been taking my Vitamins because my body has been at an all time high of trying to heal I can say with the ulcer so I'm just really on liquids and Protein Shakes and sometime of meat (thin) and potatoes my concern is can me not working out delay my weight lost. I walk don't get me wrong and I run up and down the 2 flights of stairs at work but I just feel like it is still not enough. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
