dnb 9 Posted June 18, 2017 I just need some encouragement. I've been on my pre op diet for almost 2 weeks and haven't cheated once. I have surgery tues 6.20. I'm at my nephews bday party and there is so much food and everyone's eating and having a great time and I'm so hungry! I'm chugging my Protein Drink like there s no tomorrow but it's mentally taking a toll on me. I feel so left out. I'm hanging out outside to resist temptations. I'm almost there. 1. More.
