Sparklez 27 Posted June 18, 2017 On the purée stage did anyone eat peas (canned or frozen?) and a avacados? Also Beans can be puréed just wondering which ones. Thanks.
Joann454 1,329 Posted June 18, 2017 I eat avocados but not peas. I just mush them up with a fork. 1 Apple1 reacted to this

My nut said yes on avocado, but no on beans or peas during puree stage. But I think she is very conservative in foods.
Sparklez 27 Posted June 21, 2017 Thanks. Talked to my NUT today and said Beans and peas were ok as long as really puréed and no (shells). Seems each NUT is a little different.
bitingcat 87 Posted June 21, 2017 I thinned my refried Beans out with Bone Broth. As I progressed, I topped them with melted Trader Joe's lite cheese and a dollop of reduced fat Greek yogurt. Delicious [emoji39]. My (almost adult) niece agreed when I fed them to her after she had her tonsils out.Ah - and don't forget that hummus is also puréed beans, though I usually cut that with yogurt. 1 GingerBananaBelly reacted to this
