catwoman7 11,221 Posted June 17, 2017 if I'm not mistaken, New whey is a Protein blend. Blends are OK when you're further out and getting most of your protein from food, but early out we were told to stick to whey protein isolate because it's the best absorbed. 2 Alex Brecher and 808Slim reacted to this

Alex Brecher 10,515 Posted June 17, 2017 Have you tasted New Whey Protein yet? We used to carry it in our store but stopped because we had complaints about taste. I'm curious if things have improved taste wise.

I have heard that they should not be used until at least six months out because the Protein cannot be absorbed as it should.
Tarver11 21 Posted June 23, 2017 Funny I went back and looked at Protein list from surgeon and this is on it, going to buy one this weekend just to taste, will update with a or on taste. Also going to buy some GENEPRO unflavored protein, supposed to have equivalent of 30 grams per tablespoon and tastefree. We shall see
naturallyzee 292 Posted June 24, 2017 I'm 3 months out and use it occasionally. The taste is okay to me. It's a little thick. I just mix it with a little Water to thin the consistency. I order a multi flavor box from Amazon.< br>HW 330SW 292CW 228.6GW below
