anm1979 15 Posted June 15, 2017 I was sleeved eight months ago and have been at a stall for the past four months. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions on how I can break the stall?
blizair09 3,250 Posted June 15, 2017 How many calories do you take in per day? Carbs? Protein? Water? Do you track everything that you eat and drink? What do you do for exercise?
Pam_2-06-2017 375 Posted June 15, 2017 I'm at month 4 and haven't lost in a while. I was only getting 800 cals per day and not exercising. I upped my cal intake to 1000 and started walking everyday. It showed on the scale this morning. Look over your food journal and make sure you're sticking to plan. Low carbs? Water? , etc... you know the drill. I'm going to get my labs done to make sure that there is nothing else going on. I went back to the basics and the scale still has not moved.
anm1979 15 Posted June 15, 2017 How many calories do you take in per day? Carbs? Protein? Water? Do you track everything that you eat and drink? What do you do for exercise?I use my fitness pal and track my calories. I stick to 1200 per day. My carbs are high because of the fruit and oatmeal, but I get at least 50-60 grams of protein in per day. I do cardio and weight training at each workout and I do it for about 90 minutes, 3 times per week. I do both upper and lower body weights, the elliptical and stair machine for 15 minutes each.
