Sick starting pre-op diet

Has anyone gotten sick after starting pre-op diet? I started yesterday, and I have been throwing up with the biggest headache today. I also had dental implant surgery on Monday. So, just curious if it was sugar/ caffeine withdrawal.

You are detoxing that's why you have a headache you can take a little piece of dark chocolate if you want or drink a little bit of Pickle Juice and that should get rid of your headache
