WASaBubbleButt 41 Posted October 14, 2007 Well, considering I just want to add it to food like I do benefiber to give it a boost to Protein (especially things that are low protein). Says 1 box thing (which is what I bought) is 192 servings per can. The thing you listed says serving size is 1 scoop which is 25 calories and 6g of Protein. I don't get what you're saying? I didn't see a price for it. It referred to one scoop or one package as being a serving. I just thought it would likely be expensive per gm of protein. But possibly not. soniacan 0 Posted October 15, 2007 what do you add the beneprotein too?
Daisalana 33 Posted October 15, 2007 I haven't gotten it yet, but I read reviews that if you add it to hot liquid it clumps.. so they recommend putting it in cold things, or cold things then heat it up. I'm likely going to try it in Soup and yogurt.

Cerrin 3 Posted October 15, 2007 i JUST WANT TO SAY i HAVE MY FIRST BATCH OF Protein powders DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE TODAY! I cant wait to go try them. I got a container of unflavored unjury then the sample packets of the other flavors. I figure I will give them a shot. I love the idea of the unflavored stuff and adding them to stuff without changing the flavor.
