Today was my post op appointment with my surgeon I got in the scale & I lost 14 pounds in 3 weeks I am so happy & pleased with this surgery I don't regret my choice of going forward with it. My sugars levels are going down and I feel great. Starting next week I can eat solid food & I am going to start exercising on Thursday since my Bariatric group gave me a 1 month free membership at the hospital gym where I had my surgery. Good luck to everyone starting this journey is not going to be easy but it will be rewarding at the end.
