wombat712 2 Posted April 22, 2008 Pleasantlake and NeverB4 - y'all have touched my heart. Thank you!!! I'm in a funk right now. I was talking with DH this morning and we are both in it at the same place. Which stinks - he can't help pull me out!! I have lost my motivation to do just about everything! I only willingly go to church, cook/plan dinner, and play/practice my clarinet in the band. Work, my volunteering with the band boosters, school - everything else - not so much. Right now I would quit them all if I could. Exercise is falling somewhere in the middle. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. I don't know what to do. The last time I was depressed was because of medicine; not the case this time. This is just something I've never experienced and I don't know how to fix it. I feel really lost and alone. Any suggestions you guys have, bring 'em on!! HUGS and prayers! Gen (wombat)
