PatientEleventyBillion 851 Posted June 11, 2017 - Go to store - Look at product and nutrition labels - Read reviews and buy ones that seem best fit to your goals/needs - Go to register, purchase, take home, and enjoy 1 MiamiHusker reacted to this
catwoman7 11,221 Posted June 11, 2017 there are several. The ones I use the most are Quest and Oh Yeah One (be sure to get Oh Yeah One, though, and not the regular Oh Yeah. Oh Yeah One bars have one gram of sugar - the regular Oh Yeah's have a lot more than that)
James Marusek 5,244 Posted June 11, 2017 I use Quest.
Dabearo 118 Posted June 11, 2017 I like the Power Crunch line. Peanut Butter and salted caramel are my fav.
IveGotThePower 395 Posted June 11, 2017 love Quest bars. You can cut them into 6 pieces and bake them into cookie type thingies that are AWESOME with a small glass of fairlife milk. 1 Dabearo reacted to this
RickM 1,752 Posted June 12, 2017 You have some good suggestions of several products that meet the need (Pure Protein and Costco's store brand version of Quest work well, too) though I wouldn't consider protein bars to be any more of a "real" food than the shakes. Try working more toward meats, cheese and yogurts are the classic real food protein sources that our body tends to like better overall.
xoxococojay 842 Posted August 8, 2017 You're eventually going to hate "protein" bars. And they can be heavy and loaded with sugar. Look into Jerky, cheese and greek yogurt so you can add Protein to your diet.
