I am a year out from my surgery and I am having a lot trouble losing weight now. It almost feels like it came to an end. What can I do to kick start my weight loss again?

How many calories do you take in per day? Carbs? Protein? How much Water do you take in each day? Are you tracking everything you eat and drink? What do you do for exercise?

Me to, it will be a year for me in September and I've only loss 45lbs. I excise 6 days a week an hour a day and now I'm at a stand still. I can eat anything but rice, lettuce and beef.
