I am glad to be here, and hope I will end up being a help to people in the future. For now, my question: As someone that always loved (adored?) Soups, I figured the puree phase would not be too difficult. Lo and behold! My tastes have changed, and I do not like the taste of many soups I once enjoyed. Looking for some good ideas, please. I love the ricotta bake, cottage cheese, yogurt, egg salad, tuna salad, refried Beans with cheese, I cooked up some homemade Soups and blended them. Scrambled eggs with cheese is also pretty good.
