MzStockton 182 Posted June 8, 2017 Well I'm almost two years post op 3mts away and I still have like 50lbs to reach my overall goal with the most lost almost 70lbs with a wt gain of 12lbs. Just seem like I can't get back on track I can't just not touch things I shouldn't. I have my days or weeks I do wonderful then I add back in bad stuff here and there. Everyone tells me how wonderful I look but no one knows that hey she haven't lost as much as the think. Katincali 10 Posted June 12, 2017 Me too, I am 1.3 yrs out and having a hard time. I have gained 20 pounds argh. I was on steroids which accounts for some of it but I have been making bad food choices. I am going to do the five day liquid diet to get back in track. And get my butt back to the gym. I feel so much better when I do even if it's just the treadmill to start.
