FYI, I'll be on vacation for the 7/14 check in… but I'll remind you the week before. I feel that my body truly does have a set point and no matter how close I get to "onederland" I always end up above 200[emoji19] thank you though I appreciate all that you do, your Awesome [emoji122] I completely agree! I'm 208 now and these days only losing about 1lb a week. But my anxiety at getting below 200 is high, as I've never been in onederland in my adult life (I'm 39). My long term goal is 180, but I wonder if I should just be happy at say 205, but I've been doing so good (rny in Oct, down 85lbs) that I feel like I should keep going. But this much slower loss ever week is hard. I will be having a body lift and likely will get 8-10lbs taken off, so I should end up under 200 either way. I want to increase my exercise too, but very badly pulled my back last week, so taking it easy till it's healed.
