AK_Bookworm 116 Posted June 7, 2017 Tomorrow I'll be 3 weeks and for the last few days I've been gaining and losing the same 1-3lbs... I am so glad I read about the stall here because I'm mentally prepared to handle it. If I hadn't I would do what I normally do and give up. It sucks since I am only down about 14lbs since surgery BUT that's 14 less than before and hopefully the scale moves soon but if not I see changes so I'm hanging in there. Just wait it will move eventually and search the topic for lots of tips and resources
catwoman7 11,220 Posted June 7, 2017 almost everyone experiences that. In fact, we have an official name for it - "the three-week stall". If you do a search on it, you'll probably find thousands of threads on it

I've been stressing over this that I didn't feel like eating because I didn't want to put on weight but then I remembered that this is the reason I'm here now.
