So today I weighed in, I knew I've had a horrible month! Not to make excuses for myself, but I've graduated college and I'm moving on Friday so my life has been INSANE!

But needless to say I gained 1.5 lbs from last month to now. It could have been worse but it still eye opening that no matter how hard I sweat and work out... of your food intake is bad, your weight will reflect it.

So now I'm reflecting on what I need to do this month to drop extra pounds. Uggghhh

Just a little venting session
