laney 172 Posted June 1, 2017 Good Morning, My name is Elaine and we have started a little support group on Long Island about a year ago. A bunch of us meet that are at different stages in our journey. It is very informal and nice to chat with others that are experiencing the same issues you may be during your journey. If anyone else from the area will like to join us we will be meeting this Saturday June 3rd at Panera in Garden City 1140 Franklin Ave at 2:30. The group consist of both men and women. Have a great weekend, Elaine 3 Alex Brecher, Maxiamon1 and ginabee38 reacted to this

Jack G 52 Posted June 14, 2017 6 months post surgery. Hit 2 of my goals today. I'm down 100.2 pounds and got below a 40 waist. (38 down from 52)Still a fair amount of work to do but I'm confident and excited about the rest of the journey. I've adopted an entirely new lifestyle and attitude toward food. Just started my weight training to tone and build what's here. Hope everyone is doing well and I'm looking forward to seeing you guys soon! 5 Angel11, ThickGirl5683, MsNat3 and 2 others reacted to this

ginabee38 91 Posted July 5, 2017 I would love to catch up in July! Week-ends are usually good, but I can't do the 15th either. I'm not sure about this Saturday, but I believe most other week-end days would work. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G930A using BariatricPal mobile app
