I just drank a lot of Water to flush my system out but the day of be careful not to drink too much so your urine is diluted. You should be fine with 8 days clean already.

I purchased cotinine strips on Amazon. You can check your urine yourself. They still showed it on the strip but the blood work was clear. When is your test?
