Hello! Just wanted to introduce myself. After starting this process back in November 2016, my surgery is now here. I have my surgery tomorrow and I am excited and anxious all at once. Hoping I can connect with people near me. I am in Cumming, GA and my surgeon is Christopher Hart at Atlanta Bariatric.

I had mine on May 22 and I'm feeling pretty darn good. I am sore but no pain. Like I did crunches. The second night was rough but still manageable. I had some nausea and did throw up. Honestly I expected much worse. You'll be so thrilled when you have this behind you! Best wishes and let us know how you did!

Yesterday went pretty well. I pretty severe apnea so my oxygen levels dropped low and freaked everyone out but besides that it went great. Been burping a lot. And for the most part all the gas is gone. @joann454 it does feel like I did a bunch of crunches. But I can live with this soreness. Only concern right now is that I am peeing ALOT. It started about every hour and now it's about every 2 hour.

Yeah, gotta love IV fluids! So glad it's behind you. It's just the biggest relief to be on the other side after all the build up. Congratulations on a smooth (ish) surgery. Now to heal!
