Waler 330 Posted May 25, 2017 Yes I think it happens to most if not all of us at one time or another. We do not feel any different, and we see ourselves so much that we do not notice the change, but people who do not see us on a regular basis notice right away. It is a bit strange to get use too but we are always the last to notice changes in ourselves.
Redmaxx 740 Posted May 25, 2017 It was that way for me during the first few months. I still have a hard time looking at myself in the mirror now because I don't recognize the person looking back at me.
hmills653 365 Posted May 30, 2017 I am having surgery tomorrow. I bought a food journal and in the front I recorded my weight and measurement of my chest, neck, abdomen, and one thigh. I plan to record measurements once a month. Also, if you have any old pictures to compare that may help you to see the difference.
