Dabearo 118 Posted June 5, 2017 First post! pre op diet day 6. I have been making Bone Broth and using that as my broth for the day. Very clear with no wierd additives. And something to do beside sit around thinking I'm starving. Discovering how terrible all the crystal light Water additives are because they are so sweet. But, found the country time lemonade sugar free is pretty good with a squirt of real lemon. But! Find of the day. I'm not into sweet, I love tart and tangy. I poured half a package of cherry coolaid in my glass with no sugar. It was awesome! Dropped 15 lbs in 6 days, not sure where it came from. losing2live4Him 33 Posted June 5, 2017 The preop was a breeze for me. I was so ready to do this I didnt even want food. Im post op 8 days, and I have no energy I can't stand the tecture of most everything, and I hate sugar free drink mixes. They taste too sweet. I'm really struggling too so I understand. This will be worth it in the end, but the next few weeks are gonna be rough. I will be praying for you. It's the Wal-Mart Great Value brand drink mix Coconut with pineapple. YUM!!! The only thing I ever drink other than plain water!
