SleevedinSI 58 Posted May 26, 2017 I'm not sure what to do at three months out. If I am exempt at this point or not. I will try and see how I manage. 1 alaisha96 reacted to this

SleevedinSI 58 Posted May 28, 2017 I completed the first day fast. It has been a terrible mistake. I was only able to have on Protein Shake, a few crackers and Water. I got terrible chills and diarrhea. My system is so screwed up today I've been in bed. Not able to fast. 1 alaisha96 reacted to this
salasmall 11 Posted May 28, 2017 there were times in my life that I couldnt fast. Sacrifice something else. keep your health goals and heal. Also, volunteer to serve food at a community iftar and feed the homeless. God understands because Ramadan is about sacrifice..food is only o ne part. I hope that helps. And during the Eid feed as many in the community as you can. Give gifts to poor families with children. Fasting is more about sacrifice and there are many ways to sacrifice. Health first.
