Elaine.Russell 3 Posted August 1, 2017 Absolutely, it saved my life. I would do it over again, but hopefully I won't have to. I know that there are some that eventually need a revision, but that's life, not everyone reacts the same. It's not a free pass to go back to pathological eating patterns, though. I've know several people over the years that thought they could maintain their weight loss by eating LESS of their trigger foods.
