char3672 292 Posted May 20, 2017 I had my appt with the cardiologist yesterday to get my clearance for surgery. He did a cardiogram and asked a few questions. The cardiogram came back as: "looks pretty good" one question he asked me is if I get short of breath going up steps. I said no, he said never? I said, well, if I go up 4 flights I do. NOW, I have to have a stress-echo test. I am so afraid I am not going to get approved now. I wish all of this pre-op stuff was over!!!!Sent from my SM-G930T using BariatricPal mobile app

So one Dr said it seems ok then I had another Dr call me and say I needed Cardiology Clearence waited 2 weeks Saw the Cardiologist on Monday....had an EchoCardiogram on Wednesday and a Stress Echo on Friday. msdemps 38 Posted June 7, 2017 I had to see a pulmonologist, I guess because I snore and ex-smoker. Surgeon wanted a chest x-ray. I get there and he wants to do a sleep study and all kind of test. I'm really aggravated, that's the only thing that's holding me back.
